A vulnerable customer is anyone who, because of their personal circumstances, may need extra support to access our services or make decisions. Vulnerability can be temporary or ongoing, and it can affect anyone at any time.

Examples include:

  • People who may be experiencing age-related changes

  • Those living with physical or mental health conditions

  • Individuals with disabilities or sensory impairments

  • People experiencing financial difficulties

  • Anyone going through a significant life event (such as bereavement or job loss)

  • Those facing language, literacy, or confidence barriers

We understand that life circumstances can create challenges. If you need extra support, please let us know - we’re here to help.
