If you’ve followed the steps outlined here and weren’t able to find your previous provider, there are a few things you could do:
Look for any old emails or letters you might have received regarding your pension from the provider or your employer when starting your previous job
Get in touch with your old employer to ask who the pension provider was
If you were able to find out the name of the pension provider but are unsure how to get in touch with them, we can help via a Letter of Authority.
