Usually, the pension deductions from your payslip are paid into your Penfold pot by the end of the following month. For example, the pension deductions from your May payslip will land in your Penfold account in late June. These contributions are labeled within the app with the relevant pay month to make it easier to keep track!

The reason for this timing is that it takes a couple of weeks to receive the pension information from your employer’s payroll team, process the contributions on your Penfold account, and then have the money allocated into your pot.

Rest assured, we always aim to get the contributions allocated to your pot as soon as soon as your employer has sent us your funds.
