Why aren't my employer contributions showing?

Usually, the pension deductions from your payslip are paid into your Penfold pot around the middle of the following month. For example, the pension deductions from your May payslip will land in your Penfold account in mid-June. These contributions are labelled within the app with the relevant pay month to make it easier to keep track!

The reason for this timing is that it takes a couple of weeks to receive the pension information from your employer’s payroll team, process the contributions on your Penfold account, and then have the money allocated into your pot.

We always aim to get the contributions allocated by the 22nd of each month.

If you have not received your contribution by the 22nd, please let us know by sending an email to workplacesupport@getpenfold.com. We’d be happy to look into it for you.
