Exporting pension contribution data
To export pension data:
Navigate to Payroll
Go to 'My Money' > 'Payroll' in FreeAgent.
Select the Relevant Month
Choose the month for which you want to export data from the 'History' section.
Export Report
Click on 'Export report'.
From the dropdown, select 'Auto-enrolment (CSV)' to download the pension contributions data.
👉 Tip: The exported CSV file can be used for manual uploads to Penfold if not using the integration. Regular exports can serve as backups and assist in auditing processes.
