Setting Up a Penfold Pension Scheme
Access the Pension tab
In FreshPay, navigate to the Pension tab.

Add new provider
Click on 'Add new provider'.

Configure Penfold details
In the pop-up window:
Select Penfold from the 'Select pension provider' dropdown.
Tick 'Set as an auto-enrolment pension scheme'.
Enter a Scheme name (e.g., "Penfold Pension").
Tick 'Automatically send to Penfold'.
Input your Penfold Employer ID (typically starts with "PEN" followed by your company number).
Enter a Group Name (e.g., "Basic Contributions").
Specify Employee and Company contribution percentages.
Choose the appropriate Contribution basis and Relief type from the dropdown menus.

Submit the setup
Click 'Submit' to finalise the pension scheme setup.
π Tip: Ensure that the Penfold Employer ID is accurate to facilitate seamless integration.
