Sometimes mistakes happen — here’s what to do if you've submitted an incorrect pension file to Penfold.
If your file was fast-tracked:
The file was sent recently (within 24 hours):
We may still be able to cancel the upload before it’s fully processed.

Let us know the employer ID and what needs changing.
The file was fast-tracked, and it has been more than 24 hours:
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to a fast-tracked file once it's been more than 24 hours.
Any corrections (e.g. missed employees, incorrect figures) must be added as adjustments in your next pay period’s report.
If your file went to assisted:
You can contact our team to request corrections to the file before it’s processed.

If an employee was missed in the report:
You can add the missing employee separately by uploading a manual file with just their data.
Go to your Penfold employer dashboard and upload a file via the "Process contributions" section.
