What is a Declaration of Compliance?

A Declaration of Compliance is a legal requirement confirming that you’ve met your automatic enrolment duties.

You must submit it to The Pensions Regulator within 5 months of your duties start date.


Why do I need to complete it?

It shows that you are complying with workplace pension laws.

If you don’t complete it on time, you may receive fines.


What details do I need?

You’ll need the following pension scheme information:

  • Type of pension scheme used for automatic enrolment: Personal (Group Personal)

  • Employer Pension Scheme Reference (EPSR): PENxxxxxxxx - this is your reference with Penfold

  • Pension Scheme Registry (PSR): 12017682
