To confirm that you've completed re-enrolment, please remember to complete a re-declaration of compliance - it's not as time-consuming as you might think!
Even if you don’t have any employees eligible for re-enrolment, you still need to complete the re-declaration.
Here's how to submit a declaration of compliance:
Visit the TPR website.
Enter your PAYE reference and letter code (found on any letter from HMRC).
Provide information about the total employees enrolled today and when you first started your company.
Use your EmployerId (also known as ESPR), which is your company number with 'PEN' in front of it (e.g., PEN12345678).
Enter the following information about Penfold:
- Pension scheme name: Penfold Pension
- PSR: 12017682
