If you'd like to transfer only part of your pension to Penfold, you'll need to follow a slightly different process. At the moment, our online transfer journey only supports full transfer requests.
How it works
Log in to your Penfold account.
Start a pension transfer as normal, by following this process.
Submit the transfer request, even though it shows as a full transfer.
Once you've submitted the request, contact our Customer Support team and tell us:
That you'd like to make a partial transfer
The name of the provider you're transferring from (if you have not already provided it)
The amount you'd like to transfer to Penfold
What happens next?
We'll manually update your transfer request and contact your provider to request the amount you specified.

Please note: Partial transfers are subject to your current provider's rules and requirements. Some providers do not support partial transfers, and others may require you to keep a minimum balance in your pension.
