If you’d like to move your Penfold pot to a new provider, let them know. They will need to raise a transfer request on Origo.
If your new provider doesn’t use Origo, please ask them to send the request to transfer.out@getpenfold.com. Your new provider should include a transfer out request, a copy of the PSTR letter, a copy of the HMRC certificate (dated within the last 3 months), and payment details for the destination of the benefits.
