For workplace contributions:
Your workplace contributions are paid into your Penfold account midway through the month that follows payday. These contributions are labelled with the relevant pay month. For example, if you were paid on the 31st of September, your payment will arrive midway through October.
For regular payments:
Your payment will be taken out of your bank account on the day of the month that you have chosen. It will then take 2 working days for us to double check your payment and process it into your Penfold account.
For one off top-ups by Direct Debit
Your payment will be taken out of your bank account on the 4th working day from the date you requested your one off top-up. It will then take a further 2 working days for us to double check your payment and process it into your Penfold account. For example, if you set your payment day to be the 1st of the month and this is a Monday, then your payment will be taken out of your bank account on Monday the 1st, and it will reach your Penfold account on the Wednesday the 3rd.
For one-off top ups by bank transfer/ instant payment
Both bank transfers and instant payments should be allocated to your account within 24 hours on a working day. Bank transfers can sometimes be delayed slightly if you haven't set up an expectation for this payment from your Penfold account. To make sure your bank transfer hits your account within 24 hours make sure you have followed these steps:
Click on 'top up' on your dashboard, enter the amount you are going to send, and click on 'faster payment'.
Make a note of the bank details and your reference number which you must use to make the payment.
Click 'confirm' on the page that has these details on.
Go to your online banking and transfer the money to Seccl Custody Ltd, using the bank details and your reference!
