Only seeing contributions from your employer when you check in on your Penfold pension? Don't worry.

This means you've opted-in to pay your pension contributions via salary sacrifice.

Rather than seeing you and your employer's contributions as separate transactions, both contributions will be combined as one “Employer Contribution”.

You're still adding money yourself, but it's being taken out of your salary pre-tax to help reduce your National Insurance.
