Important: Make sure you update your details before your next scheduled payment.

How do I update only the email address for Direct Debit notifications?

You can also update the email address linked to your Direct Debit mandate.

This means you can choose which email address receives notifications about your Direct Debit payments.

Follow these steps to update your email address:

  1. Log in to your Penfold workplace platform

  2. Go to Settings on the right-hand side of the screen

  3. Select Payment details, and click Update

  4. Find the email address linked to your Direct Debit mandate

  5. Enter your preferred email address

  6. Save your changes

Future Direct Debit notifications will be sent to your updated email address.

Will changing my bank details affect my pension contributions?

Your existing pension contributions will remain in your employees' pension pots.

However, changing your payment details close to a scheduled collection date may affect your next payment.

We recommend checking your upcoming payment date before making any changes.

Can I update my Direct Debit details before my next payment?
