We inform all employers of the opt-outs within their teams on the 15th of each month.

If you submitted the opt-out form after this date, then the opt-out will be effective from the next month's payslip. This means that any contributions taken before we received your request to opt out will be refunded with your next payslip.

If you opted out before the 15th of the month and still had a pension contribution deducted, please get in touch with us at workplacesupport@getpenfold.com. We'd be happy to look into this for you.
