During the transfer-out process, your funds will be temporarily disinvested while we complete the necessary steps to transfer them to your new provider. We’ll do our best to keep this period as short as possible, but in some cases, your funds may be disinvested for up to 30 days.

We don’t time fund sales based on market movements, so if the market drops before the sale, the value of your transferred funds might be lower than when you made the transfer request. Additionally, your funds may miss out on potential growth while they’re out of the market.

There are no additional fees for transferring away from Penfold.
