You might change your mind about bringing another pension over to Penfold - we completely understand!

If you’d like to cancel an active transfer request, let us know either by starting a chat via your Penfold account, or by emailing us at hello@getpenfold.com and we'll take it from there.

Please keep in mind that if the transfer has already been completed, we’ll be able to cancel it only within 30 days after the money was transferred to your Penfold pot and if your previous provider agrees to take the funds back.

If the value of your transferred pension pot decreased while invested with Penfold, we would not return the original transferred amount. You may also have to pay for any fees incurred while the funds were invested in Penfold.
