How do I integrate FreshPay with Penfold?

Connecting FreshPay to Penfold

  1. Access the Pension Tab in FreshPay

    • Navigate to the Pension tab.
      ​

  2. Add Penfold as a provider

    • Click on 'Add new provider'.
      ​

  3. Configure integration settings

    • In the pop-up window:

      • Select Penfold from the 'Select pension provider' dropdown.

      • Tick 'Set as an auto-enrolment pension scheme'.

      • Enter a Scheme name.

      • Tick 'Automatically send to Penfold'.

      • Input your Penfold Employer ID.

      • Enter a Group Name.

      • Specify Employee and Company contribution percentages.

      • Choose the appropriate Contribution basis and Relief type.
        ​

  4. Submit the Integration Setup

    • Click 'Submit' to establish the integration.


πŸ‘‰ Tip: Once integrated, pension contributions will be automatically submitted to Penfold upon payroll processing. Ensure all employee details are up-to-date to prevent submission errors.
