Connecting FreshPay to Penfold
Access the Pension Tab in FreshPay
Navigate to the Pension tab.
Add Penfold as a provider
Click on 'Add new provider'.
Configure integration settings
In the pop-up window:
Select Penfold from the 'Select pension provider' dropdown.
Tick 'Set as an auto-enrolment pension scheme'.
Enter a Scheme name.
Tick 'Automatically send to Penfold'.
Input your Penfold Employer ID.
Enter a Group Name.
Specify Employee and Company contribution percentages.
Choose the appropriate Contribution basis and Relief type.
Submit the Integration Setup
Click 'Submit' to establish the integration.
👉 Tip: Once integrated, pension contributions will be automatically submitted to Penfold upon payroll processing. Ensure all employee details are up-to-date to prevent submission errors.
