Employees can access Penfold Guidance through the Penfold app whenever they choose.
They can use tools such as their retirement forecast, set retirement goals, explore personalised recommendations and take actions such as changing their contributions or transferring pensions.
Every workplace member can also access a complimentary 1:1 pension guidance session with our Customer Success team. Before the session, we’ll gather some information about what they’d like help with so the conversation can focus on the areas most relevant to them.
Employees are not required to use Guidance. It is simply there whenever they want more information or support with their pension.
