To change your bank details you'll need to click on the 'Payment details' button, then at the bottom of the page, you can delete your bank details and re-enter them 💰

Re-entering your bank details will set up a brand new direct debit with us, this will take 5 working days to process.

If they are greyed out, this will be because you have a payment due in the next 4 working days, or your previous payment is still being set up, and you can't change your details at this point.
