Why can't I change my payment details?

Why are the boxes 'greyed out' on the payments page?

If your payment details are greyed out, it's because your direct debit instruction is still being set up, which takes 4 working days from when you set up your payment to when your bank account is charged.

Once the direct debit has been set up, you can change your payment amount and date!
