Yes! Penfold is all about flexibility, and we want your payment to work around you. Therefore, you can change your regular direct debit payment from your Activity section.
To do this, click on the "Activity" section on the left side of your screen on the website, or, if using the Penfold application, click the "Activity" section below the screen. From there, you can update your amount and payment date, then click submit.
Currently, we don’t have the option to pause your payments. But you can cancel your current Direct Debit and set up a new one when ready.
If your regular payment day is less than 4 working days away, then this upcoming payment will still be taken from your bank account.
Also, if the new payment day that you select is less than 4 working days, then this payment won't be taken until next month, as there is not enough time to set up this instruction. Therefore, we'll take the payment on the date you selected next month.
