To change your bank details on your existing Direct Debit, you'll need to click/tap the 'Monthly payment' tile on your dashboard. From there, you can delete your bank details and re-enter them. π°
Re-entering your bank details will set up a brand new direct debit with us, effectively canceling the previous one.
If your payment details are greyed out, it means your direct debit instruction is still being set up. After 3 working days, you can change your payment amount, date, and bank details.
