It’s not currently possible to change the bank details on an existing Direct Debit.
If you want to use a different bank account, you’ll need to cancel your current Direct Debit and set up a new one.
You can still change the payment amount or payment date without cancelling your Direct Debit.
If you have a Direct Debit set up, you can view its details in the Activity section:
Website: Click Activity on the left-hand side of your screen.
Penfold app: Tap Activity at the bottom of the screen.
Please note: any changes must be made at least 4 working days before your payment is due. Changes made after this point will only take effect from the next month’s payment.
