If you've set up a monthly payment to your Penfold pot, you can cancel it straight from your account.
For this, you would need to click the "Activity" section on the left side of your screen on the website, or, if using the Penfold application, click the "Activity" section below the screen. Then click your existing payment and select 'Cancel payment' at the bottom of the screen with your payment details.
Once you've done this, there won't be any new automatic monthly payments made to your Penfold account. If cancelled less than 4 working days before it was due to be taken, the payment will still be taken for that month.
When you'd like to resume paying in, just follow these steps:
On your account dashboard, select ''add money'' or click on the "Monthly Payment'' tile.
From the "Monthly Payment'' button, follow the steps on the screen to add a recurring payment.
From ''Add Money'', first select ''Pay in some cash''
On the next screen, you can choose whether you'd like to make a one-off payment or set up a recurring one. If you'd like to resume monthly payments, select the latter option.
Follow the steps on the screen to set up your payments.
That's it! Your next payment will be automatically sent to Penfold.
