If you've set up a monthly payment to your Penfold pot, you can cancel it straight from your account.
For this, you would need to click on the ''Activity'' section on the left hand-side of your screen, click on your existing payment and then select 'Cancel payment' at the bottom of the screen containing your payment details.
Once you've done this, there won't be any new automatic monthly payments made to your Penfold account.
When you'd like to resume paying in, just follow these steps:
On your account dashboard, select ''add money'', or click on ''Monthly Payment'' tile
From ''Monthly Payment'' button, follow the steps on the screen to add a recurring payment
From ''Add Money'', first select ''Pay in some cash''
On the next screen, you can choose whether you'd like to make a one-off payment or set up a recurring one. If you'd like to start paying in monthly again, select the latter option
Follow the steps on the screen to set up your payments
That's it! Your next payment will be sent to Penfold automatically.
