If you've set up a monthly payment to your Penfold pot, you can cancel it straight from your account.
Just select 'Cancel payment' on your account dashboard. You'll find it under the Monthly payment heading. From there, just follow the steps on the screen.
Once you've done this, there won't be any new automatic monthly payments made to your Penfold account.
When you'd like to resume paying in, just follow these steps:
On your account dashboard, select 'add money'
From there, select 'Pay in some cash'
On the next screen, you can choose whether you'd like to make a one-off payment or set up a recurring one. If you'd like to start paying in monthly again, select the latter option
Follow the steps on the screen to set up your payments
That's it! Your next payment will be sent to Penfold automatically.
