To close your Penfold account, you'll need to make sure your pension pot is fully empty first.
Once that's done, just get in touch with our Support team—either via the Penfold app or by emailing us at hello@getpenfold.com. We'll take care of closing your account from there.
Note that closing your account does not mean your personal data will be automatically erased. We must retain certain information in line with regulatory requirements.
If you'd like to request data erasure, you're welcome to do so by reaching out to our Support team. However, keep in mind that we may not be able to comply with the request depending on your account history.
