To close your Penfold account, make sure your pension pot is empty first.
Then, get in touch with our Support team to have your account closed. You can either contact us via your app or send us an email at email@example.com. We’ll take it from there!
We’ll also delete any redundant account information within 14 days of your account being closed. However, to comply with the FCA’s and other regulatory requirements, we’re obliged to retain certain information beyond this period.
