Likely, you didn't receive your welcome email because we don't have your details from your employer just yet! Usually, we receive this information within 2 weeks from the day that you receive your payslip.

Not to worry though - if you'd like to opt out of your employer's pension scheme, you have 1 month to do so from the day you receive the welcome email.
