Likely, you didn't receive your welcome email because we don't have your details from your employer just yet! Usually, your account is created on the same day when your first contributions have been forwarded to us by your employer.

Not to worry though - if you'd like to opt out of your employer's pension scheme, you have 1 month to do so from the day you receive the welcome email.
