How to format correctly the columns in your enrolment and contribution files.

In order to successfully enrol or process & pay pension contributions the following columns and valid required values must be present in any file uploaded. We recommend using PAPDIS files because they already contain all of the required columns.

The required details we need to enrol an employee are shown in the table below. Note that these can either be in an enrolment file or a contributions file i.e. an employee can be enrolled automatically and have their contributions paid in the same file.
