If it is your first time withdrawing from your Penfold pension, you’ll need to provide a copy of your bank statement, a photo of your ID, and a photo of yourself holding that ID.

If it’s been several months since your previous withdrawal with us, we might ask you to provide some of these documents again.

Your bank statement should show the following details 👇

  • Your full name: this must match the name on your Penfold account

  • Your full address: this must match the address on your Penfold account

  • Date of issue: can’t be older than three months

  • The logo or clear name of the issuing bank

Your bank statement must be in PDF form. You can also send us a photo or a scan of a physical bank statement. We can’t accept a screenshot of your bank statement.

A valid ID can be one of the following 👇

  • Passport

  • Driver’s licence

Your document should contain your full name, photo, and date of birth. If any of these are missing, you will need to provide a new document.

Finally, we need you to provide a selfie holding your photo ID. It must be the same ID you have already shared with us—if you choose to use your driver’s licence as the ID for your withdrawal, you need to hold this close to your face for the selfie.

We assure you that any documents you provide for your withdrawal will be handled according to our privacy policy.
