Where do I send my withdrawal documents?

Written by Elis

When you start a new withdrawal, I'll send you an email with the forms you need to complete.

In those forms, you'll find a secure ID-Pal link where you can upload your documents.

Step 1: Open the ID-Pal link

Click the ID-Pal link and select Start.

You'll see a QR code that must be scanned using a mobile phone. ID-Pal currently does not work on a computer.

Instructions for scanning the QR code will appear on screen.

Step 2: Upload your identity document

After scanning the QR code, you'll be prompted to upload the document.

Select Continue to reach the screen below.

Choose the identity document you'd like to upload and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 3: Upload your proof of address

Once you've uploaded your identity document, you'll be asked to upload proof of address.

This should be a recent bank statement. The bank statement should be from a Current Bank Account within 3 months.

You can:

  • Take a photo if you have a paper copy

  • Upload the file directly if you have a digital copy

Important: Your bank statement won't be checked immediately. If the document isn't suitable, you may be contacted and asked to upload a different version.

Step 4: Confirm your details

Next, you'll be asked to review and confirm your personal details.

ID-Pal will fill in some information automatically, but you'll need to complete any missing fields, including:

  • Mobile number

  • Email address

  • Home address

Step 5: Take a selfie

The final step is to take a selfie to verify your identity.

Once that's done, your submission is complete.

Need help?

If you're having trouble using the ID-Pal link, you can upload your documents using the Dropbox link instead.

If you still need help, send us a message, and we'll guide you through the process.

Please note that sending documents by email or chat may be less secure than uploading them through ID-Pal or Dropbox.
