When you initiate a new withdrawal, you'll receive an email with the necessary forms. Inside these forms, you'll find a Dropbox link where you can securely upload your documents.
Clicking on the link takes you to this page:
Once there, click on ‘Add files’ and select the required documents from your computer or phone, depending on the device you’re using. You can also drag files from another folder directly onto this page.
After you’ve selected your documents, you can review whether everything looks okay, and then select ‘Upload’.
That’s it! You’ll see a confirmation screen letting you know we’ve received your documents.
A member of the team will review these and let you know if anything else is required.
If you can’t locate the Dropbox link or have trouble uploading your documents, we can help. Just send us a message with your documents, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please keep in mind that sending documents via email or chat may not be as secure as uploading them to the Dropbox folder.
