There are a few reasons why we might not be able to accept your document:

  • Missing information: we need to see the full photo page of your document.

  • Expired document: please check that your document is still valid before sending it to us.

  • Details don’t match: make sure your name and date of birth are entered the same way they appear on your document.

  • Back of the document needed: if there’s information on both sides of your document, please take a photo of both.

  • Unsupported document type: we can only accept your passport or driver’s licence.

  • Incorrect file format: please upload a supported format (not .doc or .docx).

  • Photo quality issues: the document should be clear, with no glare or reflections blocking important details.

To help speed things up, here’s what we need:

📸 A photo of yourself holding your ID (passport or driver’s licence) close to your face

  • Make sure both your face and ID are clearly visible.

  • Ensure no text on the ID is covered and all details are readable.

  • The entire ID should be in the frame—don’t crop any corners!

📸 A separate photo of the same ID (just the document on its own)

  • Ensure the photo is sharp and not blurry.

  • All text should be clearly readable with no glare or obstructions.

  • The full document should be visible—don’t crop any edges!
