Your Penfold dashboard gives you visibility of how employees are engaging with Guidance across your workforce.
This can include activity such as employees viewing retirement forecasts, setting goals and taking actions.
These insights are provided at workforce level and do not give employers access to an individual employee’s personal financial information.
You can also use the platform to encourage engagement, for example by prompting employees to explore a feature or take an action.
