What happens to my Penfold account after transferring my pot to my new provider?

If your new provider requests a full transfer - meaning the total value of your pot - your Penfold account will be closed once the transfer is completed. If you wish to keep your account open after the full transfer, let us know by starting a chat on your Penfold account, or by sending an email to transfer.out@getpenfold.com.

If you’re transferring out only a part of your pot with Penfold, we'll keep your account active.
