There’s no need to fill out any forms to transfer your Penfold pot to your new provider.
Your provider can request the transfer online via Origo, or we can assist directly. If we handle it, we need a copy of their PSTR letter, HMRC certificate (dated within the last 3 months), and payment details for the destination of the benefits. Your new provider can send these documents over via email to transfer.out@getpenfold.com.
