Connecting Pento to Penfold
Contact Penfold
Request your unique Employer ID and confirm your Penfold account is ready to receive API-integrated data.
Login to Pento
Go to Settings > Company > Pensions.
Click "Set up pension"
Choose Penfold as your provider.
Enter the Employer ID
Paste your Employer ID into the setup form and complete the rest of the scheme details.
Finalise connection
Save the pension scheme. Pento will now begin syncing data to Penfold automatically.
Troubleshooting
Employee not appearing in Penfold?
Ensure the employee has a valid work email and address.
Data not syncing?
Check if the employee is already enrolled in Penfold — if so, the system may ignore duplicate records.
If the issue persists, contact Penfold support to reset the pension record.
