Can employees who opted out opt back in?

Yes - employees can opt back in at any time.

They just need to make the request in writing to you, their employer. Once they’ve done that:

  1. You must inform us immediately by emailing autoenrolment@getpenfold.com

  2. Make sure to do this before your next pension report is uploaded, so we can include them in the upcoming payroll cycle.
