  • Offer appropriate support and referrals

  • Maintain privacy and dignity

While we are not specialists in every type of vulnerability, we are committed to listening, explaining clearly, and doing our best to provide the right support. Where needed, we can also guide you towards professional organisations that can offer more tailored help.
