You can update your email address on your Penfold dashboard. At the moment, this can only be done via our website. Sorry for the inconvenience - we're working on bringing this feature to the app soon!
Log into your dashboard through our website, and click on ‘Personal Info’
Tap the ‘edit’ button on the email address field
Enter your current email address, and confirm the verification code sent to your existing inbox
Enter your new email address and confirm the verification code sent to your new inbox
Done! You'll receive an email confirming the change you've made
Once you've completed the steps above, you'll be able to use your new email address and existing password to log in. 😊
